AI for HR

With AI, the paradigm of recruitment and staff management is changing. HR managers must now succeed in grasping the new challenges of early talent management, adapting training methods, making better intergenerational cooperation possible, optimizing recruitment processes and promoting internal mobility.

But head of HR must also anticipate the impact of AI on work, the organization of the company, and the evolution of the skills needed in a context of accelerated automation where the role of “augmented” employees needs to be rethinked.

This two-day program is for HR practitioners who want to understand how to make of AI an opportunity for their organization.

The first day aims at discovering AI through presentation and practical exercises. The second day focuses on HR issues. It aims at preparing the learner to implement AI in its HR process, but also to anticipate the impact of AI on your organization, and the needs to develop new skills.

  • How does AI works? : Discover the principles of AI and machine learning In particular.
  • Generic Uses of AI : Image recognition, language, predictions.
  • The business uses of AI : Marketing, finance, production, HR, logistics…
  • Illustration of real cases with a startup specializing in AI for HR.

Day 2

  • The main HR use cases: Sourcing, Matching, recruiting, retention, internal mobility, raining…
  • Start your HR AI project: Asking the right questions with a “AI Business Canvas” to build.
  • The reality on AI HR projects: Experience feedback, best practices…
  • AI and the future of work: Beyond fantasies, share a realistic view of the evolution of the world of work and activities impacted by AI
  • Organization and Skills: What are the impacts of AI for my organization? What skills to develop in the future?
  • Societal issues : AI in the world and associated societal issues (geopolitics, ethics…)
