The marketing and sales branches have more data than ever. AI can really help to use these datas: to make the weak signals emerge, to detect the needs and set up a more personalized and relevant conversation with its audiences through the multiplicity of channels of interaction. In short; a more human marketing and business relationship!

This two-day program is for managers and marketing/sales executives, who want to understand how to make AI an opportunity for their business. including improving the customer experience, being able to personalize and customize messages, but also better understanding consumer behaviours.

The first day, you will discover the AI through presentation and practical exercises. The second day focuses on marketing and sales. This day will prepare the implementation of AI in your company with a practical case followed throughout the day.

Day 1

  • What is AI : Understand what we are talking about, why the current boom, come out fantasies about the strong or general AI.
  • AI or not AI? : Understand what AI can bring to a company (and what it cannot do).
  • How does AI works? : Discover the principles of AI and machine learning in particular.
  • Generic Uses of AI : Image recognition, language, predictions.
  • The business uses of AI : Marketing, finance, production, HR, logistics…
  • Illustration of real cases with a startup specializing in AI for sales and marketing.

Day 2

  • The main use cases in marketing and Sale: Planning, Customization and recommendation, Prediction of sales, Support Sales and Customer Support
  • Start your AI project : Asking the right questions with an “AI Business Canvas” to build.
  • Best practices: Collection of practices to be built and points of attention (fairness, reliability, security, confidentiality…).
  • Project Mode: Working with a major software vendor or integrator, a startup, internal teams/organization…
  • Organization and skills: What are the impacts of AI for my organization? What skills to develop in the future?
  • Societal issues : AI in the world and associated societal issues (geopolitics, ethics…)
  • Illustration of real cases with a startup specializing in in AI for sales and marketing.
